{"id":266,"date":"2017-07-26T11:28:17","date_gmt":"2017-07-26T09:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/laresidencedesindes.com\/?page_id=266\/"},"modified":"2021-01-07T19:19:28","modified_gmt":"2021-01-07T18:19:28","slug":"general-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/laresidencedesindes.com\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1581596323542{margin-top: -30px !important;margin-bottom: -70px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>1- RATES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>High season: From the 1st of May till the 30th of September<\/li>\n<li>Low season: From the 1st of October till the 30th of April<\/li>\n<li>Quoted rates hold valid only for direct booking.<\/li>\n<li>Rates are denominated in \u20acuros with the ruling VAT rate at 10% on accommodation and 20% on parking and supplements.<\/li>\n<li>They also include breakfast served in the patio or on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> floor halls.<\/li>\n<li>For stays beyond a week, please contact us for preferential rates.<\/li>\n<li>The local residence tax is extra at 0.88 \u20ac a day per person above 13 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2- BOOKING &amp; PAYMENT<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking will be considered firm only on receipt of a down payment that amounts to 30% of the total booking cost by debit card or a payment guaranty given by a recognised booking platform.<\/li>\n<li>Booking will then be confirmed by an E-mail from us.<\/li>\n<li>Balance payment of 70% within 30 days before the check-in date by debit card, except in the case of a guaranteed payment by a booking platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3- CANCELLATION<\/h4>\n<p><strong>By the guest:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only cancellations in writing (by post or e-mail) will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>In case it takes place over 30 days before the check-in date, the 30% down payment will remain due.<\/li>\n<li>In case it takes place within 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be due.<\/li>\n<li>In case stay is cut short, no refund will be due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>By <em>La R\u00e9sidence<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If\u00a0<em>La R\u00e9sidence<\/em>cancels the booking before the due date, the guest will be informed by mail or e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>The guest will be fully refunded of his payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4- ACCOMODATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Arrival timings:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Prefered arrival timings are between 4 and 6 PM.<\/li>\n<li>In case of you plan to arrive outside these preferred timings, please inform us.<\/li>\n<li>Your call, half-an-hour before arrival, will be highly appreciated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Departure timings:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Rooms must be vacated latest by 10 AM on the day of departure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special terms:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Children up to 3 years old are welcome: a foldable cot is available.<\/li>\n<li><em>La R\u00e9sidence<\/em>is entirely non-smoking.<\/li>\n<li>Sorry, la R\u00e9sidence does not accept our four-legged friends.<\/li>\n<li>Guests are requested to take great care of surrounding items, subject to the payment of an indemnity in case of damage\/loss.<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast is served between 8.30 AM and 9.30 AM.<\/li>\n<li>A printer cum scanner and photocopier is available at the reception office.<\/li>\n<li>A free high debit Wi-Fi connection across the whole building.<\/li>\n<li>Freely available tables for meals arranged by the client.<\/li>\n<li>Free visit of the museum.
