A guided visit with the curator only on appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Free advice on best restaurants and sites to be visited in and out of la Rochelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paying services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>House cleaning on demand for long stays.<\/li>\n<li>Invited guests for breakfast.<\/li>\n<li>Organization of receptions, meals or cultural events in the halls, garden and patio, with an\u00a0 outside caterer, if need be.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High season: From the beginning of April\u00a0till the beginning of October\u00a0and some week-ends<\/li>\n<li>Low season: from the beginning\u00a0of October till the beginning of April<\/li>\n<li>Quoted rates hold valid only for direct booking.<\/li>\n<li>Rates are denominated in \u20acuros with the ruling VAT rate at 10% on accommodation and 20% on parking and supplements.<\/li>\n<li>They include breakfast served in the 1<sup>st<\/sup>floor halls.<\/li>\n<li>For stays beyond a week, please contact us for preferential rates.<\/li>\n<li>The local residence tax is extra at 0.88 \u20ac a day per person above 13 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Booking &amp; payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking will be considered firm only on receipt of a down payment that amounts to 50% of the total booking cost by debit card or a payment guaranty given by a recognised booking platform.<\/li>\n<li>Booking will then be confirmed by an E-mail from us.<\/li>\n<li>Balance payment of 50% within 30 days before the check-in date by debit card, except in the case of a guaranteed payment by a booking platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By the guest:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Only cancellations in writing (by post or e-mail) will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>In case it takes place over 30 days before the check-in date, the 50% down payment will remain due.<\/li>\n<li>In case it takes place within 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be due.<\/li>\n<li>In case stay is cut short, no refund will be due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>By <em>La R\u00e9sidence<\/em>:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If\u00a0<em>La R\u00e9sidence<\/em>cancels the booking before the due date, the guest will be informed by mail or e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>The guest will be fully refunded of his payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1581536152036{margin-top: -30px !important;margin-bottom: -70px !important;padding-bottom: 15px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Arrival timings: Prefered arrival timings are between 5 and 7 PM.
